Spencer Rice

Spencer Rice, the Vice President of Program Management at InVeris Training Solutions, brings a broad array of experiences with him, having worked in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Program Management. Spencer first joined the company in 2002 as a Program Manager then was promoted to Director of Marketing. 

Over the past 20 years Spencer has worked extensively with private equity backed technology companies, guiding Executive Leadership Teams in the creation and execution of Value Creation plans. His years of working across all business functions has given him the context to identify and focus on the vital few objectives that are critical success factors, while his time in Sales and working with executives allows him to rapidly establish trusted relationships with leadership. 

Spencer’s familiarity with InVeris and the industry, deep knowledge of Program Management, and experience with private equity backed technology companies uniquely qualifies him to help drive our continued success. 

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration in Decision Sciences (Machine Learning) from Georgia State University.
