Ray Barger
Ray Barger, the Vice President of Business Growth at InVeris Training Solutions brings years of experience in the military training and simulation industry. Ray Barger originally joined the company in 2003 working with the Quality team and later as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Ray was most recently the General Manager of a company working in the military simulation sector but was pleased to return to lead the Business Growth management team. Ray’s management skills and personal leadership style are highly regarded by customers and partners across the industry as he has successfully led many large domestic and international training and simulation programs. The business growth managers are responsible for ensuring there is alignment between the products developed by engineering with the needs of the sales personnel and the capacities of the operations. Ray served the country as an Infantryman serving eight years with the Army Rangers before joining the private sector.
