Greg Harley

Greg Harley serves as General Counsel at InVeris, overseeing all of the company’s legal functions as well as providing legal advice to senior management.  Greg has a rich background in both the private and public sectors, having previously served as general counsel to a regional university as well as spending over 20 years as a partner with Burr & Forman LLP focusing on business litigation.  He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Emory University School of Law and taught business law at the undergraduate level.  Greg graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1992 and is a 1988 graduate of Jacksonville State University.
