Job Title: LE Range Designer

Job Designation/Job Core Responsibilities

The Range Designer will develop project/architectural design drawings, specific product configuration packages and work with Program Managers to provide support to customer’s (A&E) design process.

Specifically, this Includes creating drawings, compiling submittal packages, conducting construction take-off (from plan and spec.), specifications/requirements review. The successful candidate will also maintain product and component design packages, including creating and managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs).

He or she will work with Sales, Business Development and Program Managers to develop concept and proposal drawings and provide pertinent design inputs to customer’s (AE) design process. Other special projects will be assigned as required by the business.

Required Skills

  • High proficiency of current version AutoCAD software
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings
  • Proficient in use of MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to accurately estimate effort and duration required to create drawing packages
  • Ability to self-direct to meet project requirements/milestones
  • Ability to compile accurate and complete submittal packages
  • Mechanical/design aptitude
  • Ability to travel (10-25%)

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency using current version of REVIT software
  • Proficiency using any recent version of Creo/ProEngineer software
  • Proficiency using any recent version of Solidworks

Education/Experience

Associates degree (or higher) in mechanical drafting or related experience. We require 3-5+ years of experience with a degree or 5-7+ years of experience without a degree.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Designation

The Engineer I, Quality provides technical expertise to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Participates in assuring a high reliability and proper performance per product requirements.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all quality activities and work with design engineering, manufacturing, planning and other disciplines to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes
  • Ensure Quality Management System(s) ISO 9001 certification
  • Perform quality audits and document gap analysis
  • Manage the Corrective Action Request system, Customer Complaints and product installation issues
  • Investigate internal and external quality concerns, and lead cross functional teams to determine root cause, and implement permanent corrective actions
  • Manage the Quality Clinic to identify and address process and manufacturing issues

Job Designation

Provide support for Salesforce related issues including data quality, configuration defects, training, reports & dashboards, user management, minor enhancements, and other system related issues.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal data teams to design/develop segments, data extensions, suppression lists, imports and exports.
  • Create/maintain Salesforce.com hierarchy and territories, reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.
  • Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for all CRM subject areas (campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account, and revenue activities).
  • Monitor and improve data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management.
  • Build and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with users on new features, enhancements and changes to the system.
  • Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training to users as required.
  • Research and implement new releases, patches, and system updates of CRM system/s as required.
  • Ability to create Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions, email templates and manage shared content library.
  • Use Marketing Cloud to build journeys, write queries, build data extensions, etc.
  • Design marketing automation programs including Triggered Sends, Automation Studio Activities, Platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns.

Job Specifications

Education: 

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience

Required Experience:

  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required.
  • At least two years of experience working in or managing a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment (B2B and some B2C) with a deep understanding of various Salesforce Marketing Cloud components and the interconnectedness of those products.
  • Experience with Email Studio and Journey Builder; delivering SSJS, Ampscript; execution of A/B Testing and proficiency in Front End skills such as HTML/CSS.
  • Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules and budgets.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
