Job Title: 3DVFX Artist

Job Designation

Reports directly to Creative/Art Director

Responsible for 3D Modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation production. Determines mid-level project planning and scheduling.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Generalist 3DVFX
  • 3D Modeling and texturing.
  • Video Editing
  • Problem solving and software training
  • Creation of 3D terrain databases and 3D gaming assets.
  • Must have realism and real-time gaming constraints in mind during construction of 3D assets.
  • Aware of system constraints and project guidelines.
  • Aligned with method of Documentation Art Director and Lead 3D Artist determine
  • Modeling Characters, Weapons, Vehicles, Buildings, and other assets
  • UV layout and Texture Mapping
  • Rendering Assets
  • Image Editing
  • Asset Management and Organization
  • Fix problem reports that may arise during testing
  • Help mentor other artists when needed
  • Organic and Hard Surface Modeling (For example, Characters, Vehicles, or Weapons)

Job Specifications

  • Reports directly to Creative/Art Director for high level project information and studio
  • Reports directly to Lead 3D Artist for technical and 3D level information
  • Responsible for 3D Modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation production.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in video creation, directing, and editing
  • Min 2 yrs professional use of Autodesk Maya, and Photoshop. (Max experience can be applicable if willing to convert to Maya)
  • Working knowledge of Zbrush.
  • Experience in Normal map generation and baking procedures.
  • Familiar with setting up and exporting real-time assets for use in one of the following: SDS, Cry Engine, Unreal, VBS.
  • Knowledge of asset management using Alienbrain or similar file protection software
  • Proven problem-solving.
  • A solid grasp of form, color, and light for both 2D and 3D art.
  • Traditional Art training- ability to sketch paint or draw to convey design ideas
  • Maintain a high level of visual and technical quality
  • Able to manage subset of assets, like characters, or vehicles, including file structure, associated configuration files, textures, etc…
  • Experience in the process of giving and receiving positive/constructive critiques.
  • Good personality and works well in a Team. Supportive team member, but can work with minimal supervision after initial guidance

Pluses:
Limited scripting and tool design B, BS or equivalent degree in Media, Animation, Architecture, or Computer Science

Job Designation

  • Provide financial support to the Sales & Marketing / Engineering organization
  • Assess the economic impact of the Various Business Opportunities / R&D efforts with business case analysis and Return on Investment
  • Work with our team to develop a robust monthly 12-month rolling business forecast
  • Ensure proper controls over catalogue pricing and bid & proposals budgets / R&D budgets

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Designation

The Engineer I, Quality provides technical expertise to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Participates in assuring a high reliability and proper performance per product requirements.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all quality activities and work with design engineering, manufacturing, planning and other disciplines to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes
  • Ensure Quality Management System(s) ISO 9001 certification
  • Perform quality audits and document gap analysis
  • Manage the Corrective Action Request system, Customer Complaints and product installation issues
  • Investigate internal and external quality concerns, and lead cross functional teams to determine root cause, and implement permanent corrective actions
  • Manage the Quality Clinic to identify and address process and manufacturing issues
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Title: Videographer

Job Designation
Generalist film maker able to plan, write script, shoot, direct and edit video. The generalist is a first step in beginning to lead the production of video at InVeris Training within the Content Creation group. Look forward to future technology integrations in VR and AR as a form of future exploration.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Script writing with SME and CD instruction
  • Video shooting and Editing
  • Video rotoscoping using Adobe after Effects and Premiere and Scoring with internal tool.
  • Managing aspects of film shoots under direction of CD and
  • Manage aspects of Outsourced projects.
  • Mentor and train upstream and downstream in department.

Job Specifications

  • Ability to navigate Adobe suite, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Focused editing time in After effects and Premiere.
  • Ability to create a script
  • Ability to take direction and follow directions, but also take the lead when required to do so.
  • Ability to shoot and direct video.
  • Ability to evaluate video quality and work
  • Ability to estimate work, break down tasks, demonstrate areas and work with others to condense or expand a projects scope per the instructions given by the Creative Director and Project.
